Brothers of the Baladi are a five-piece band on tour in the UK; percussion/frontman (Michael Beach), bass, keyboards, oud/saz, drumkit, and optional electric guitar. 4-6 vocals. We will be traveling in a small 2-berth RV (mobile home) with our own and hired* instruments, but no PA. Since this first tour is on a shoestring budget and the dollar sucks right now, please be able to provide mics & micstands, PA and soundperson. We are looking for a place to park a small RV (preferably next to the venue), and actively seeking meals & accommodation whenever possible,... er, please?
Gear we need to borrow or hire* includes: drum kit, bass amp, keyboard amp, bass guitar and DX7.
The band are all very excited to be coming to the UK, and we're eager to earn new fans! We really appreciate everyone's hard work to make this first tour possible, and we can't wait to make a lot of new friends. Special thanks go to Ben at CMEAS.
